Process
Project Telco Feasibilities
Early investigation in existing telco infrastructure in the vicinity of a project and determine serviceability and cost estimates for our clients. Relink will negotiate with NBN/Private Carriers in method of supply delivery and backhaul costs associated.
NBN Application
Overall master developer agreement and each stage application submissions on behalf of the client.
NBN Pit & Pipe Design (Greenfield)
Relink provided pit and pipe designs are coordinated against all other proposed and existing services to mitigate site issues and costly project delays.
We will directly engage in design negotiations with all project stakeholders including relevant authorities, we ensure the best design solution for our clients and the project overall.
NBN Pathway Design (MDUs)
Multi-level developments telecommunication pathway designs prepared in conjunction with all architectural and services plans. Relink will liaise with off and onsite contacts in determining the best pathway solution for the dynamic range of multilevel developments.
NBN Practical Completion Management
Off and onsite project management provided by the Relink Team with over 10 years’ experience in delivering NBN compliance across multiple greenfield developments. Our project managers will undertake unlimited site audits, from pit and pipe installation (where clearances to other assets and plan adherence are thoroughly checked) until final rectifications of the pipe and pipe take place. Our team will also liaise with NBN in obtaining Practical Completion Certificates for each stage within your development.
NBN Pit & Pipe and MDU Pathway Installation
Relink will engage an accredited NBN contractor to install NBN pit and pipe safely and on time.
NBN As-built Plan
Conversion of telecommunication pit and pipe/pathway designs into approved as built plans, with any changes occurred onsite depicted and ready for submission to local authorities and project stakeholders.
Relink also offers asset detail and supporting as-builts as required.
